1. SHIPPING & COSTS
1.1 Shipping
Your order is shipped after your payment , usually within 24hrs .
Miss Beaver works with B-Post / B-Pack. Actual delivery for UK might take 5 to 10 days
1.2 Shipping costs
For general orders the shipping costs are € 10,00.
Of course , always adjustable due to the prices for B-post/B-pack and if specific orders like below.
Ordering jewelry starts at € 2,00 . Ordering several pieces will lead to a potential higher cost depending on the actual weight.
In general the reel shipping costs might be higher if the weight is above 2kg .
Shipping costs are taxes included .
2. DELIVERY TIME
2.1 Miss Beaver tries to deliver within 5 workdays after your payment. Delays through regular mail might elevate this to max 10 days.
2.2 Picking up
It's possible to pick up your order as well please. Please contact Miss Beaver , Noordzandtsraat 69 , 800 Brugge for an appointment to pick up the goods.
3. ANNULMENT & RETURNS
3.1 Annulment of your order is , as long as not sent , free.
When already shipped , you need to refuse the parcel upon delivery , Miss Beaver will refund the total amount for the purchased goods after receiving the returned goods. Return shipment costs are at your expense.
3.2 Returns
You have 7 days to return the purchased products without any reason , starting form the day of delivery.
Exceptions here are products that were specifically ordered for you and/or specific adjustments to the products were made to suit your needs.
You can only return original un-used products . Please also check our general conditions.
You can return the complete order or parts of your purchased goods. We will refund the products that were sent back . Shipping costs for the return are at your expense.
All annulments , exchanges and returns need to be made clear before you send those back through e-mail. Always mention your name and invoice number.
Your refund will be handled through Paypal within 14 days.
